Reservation and Cancellation Policies Reservations:Reservations less than 30 days in the future must be paid 100% at the time the reservation is made. Reservations less than 7 nights must be paid 100% at the time the reservation is made. Reservations for 7 nights or more, and when the check in date is more than 30 days in the future, require a deposit of 1 night plus tax for a "room only" option or 1 night per person for an "all inclusive" option. The “one night deposit” is required for each room you reserve. Then, 30 days before your check in date, we will charge your credit card for the balance owed for the reserved room(s). Cancellations: Any reservation made with MexicoHotels2000 can be cancelled up to 14 days before the reserved check in date -unless otherwise indicated on the specific hotel web page. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more before the check in date receive a full refund less a non-refundable 5% administrative fee. Reservations cancelled between 13 to 1 days (unless otherwise indicated on the specific hotel web page) before the reserved check in date will be charged a one (1) night "no show fee."
